BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY RENDITIONS
Texas business owners are required to file a Business Personal Property Rendition every year. A 10% penalty will be applied if not filed by the filing deadline of April 15th.
Property owner or agent, upon request, can extend the filing deadline to May 15th.
We encourage you to file your rendition electronically at www.sanpatcad.org (online forms) or by emailing a completed rendition form to renditions@sanpatcad.org. Electronic signatures will be accepted. When applicable, please submit your excel files along with your rendition. The online forms will accept the excel file.

The duties of the Appraisal District include:
- The determination of market value of taxable property
- The administration of exemptions and special valuations authorized by the local entities and the State of Texas
